My business began with a clear goal: to help and support women escape overwhelm and build incredible businesses that align with their dreams. I’m focused on diving deep into your goals and strategies to bring more structure and less chaos into your business, so that it supports you to live the life you dream of.

I’m a certified business strategist with a BSc in Mathematics, a PGCE, and years of hands-on experience across a range of industries including: education, marketing, hospitality, events, sales, construction, and administration. I’ve also managed teams, giving me firsthand insight into leadership, systems, and strategic growth.
This mix of analytical problem-solving and customer-focused experience means I don’t just create strategies, I create solutions that fit you.

My mission is to support service providers and small business owners in building businesses that enhance their lives, not dominate them. Creating a business that works around your life, not a life that works around your business, should be the norm.

From Burnout to Balance
In the autumn of 2021, things were unravelling. I was burnt out, living with constant anxiety, overwhelm, morning panic attacks, and never able to switch off from work. During 2020, I had worked 24/7 as our team went from six to two. The pressure was relentless, and I couldn’t turn it off.

I wasn’t living I was existing. I was running on empty. No balance. No boundaries. Nothing left to give. I had to find another way.
​
So, I quit my job. I gave myself time to find me again. I rested, set boundaries, and prioritised life alongside running a business.
​
I’m not suggesting you need to burn everything to the ground, but sometimes we need to press pause, put ourselves first, and find a new way forward.
​
I don't want others to reach that breaking point because there is another way. That's why I'm passionate about helping you build a business that grows without requiring constant sacrifice - a business that supports your life rather than consuming it, and one that brings your biggest dreams within reach.
